Spot and Tango's Shipping Policy

Spot and Tango offers free 2-day shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the US. They use FedEx Ground shipping for all of their orders and the meals will arrive 14 days apart unless you pause or cancel your order. Spot and Tango will also send a reminder 3 days before the order ships. There are no shipping prices or costs for domestic orders, and no deals or discounts for purchases over a certain price. For international orders, Spot and Tango does not currently offer any shipping options.

Spot and Tango's Return Policy

Spot and Tango offers a 100% Happy Pup Guarantee for the trial order, which allows customers to receive a full refund if their dog does not like the food. For all other orders, customers can get a 50% refund when they donate their unused Spot and Tango dog food to an animal shelter. There is no time limit for returns and the company processes returns promptly. All food products are eligible for return, but no other items can be returned.
