The brand's first product was a "sleeping bag blanket" that was born out of necessity during a cold night stranded in a van. Rumpl's Shipping Policy

Rumpl processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days. Customers will receive tracking information via email as soon as their orders have shipped. Orders placed before 10 AM PST are shipped out the same day. However, the brand does not ship orders over the weekend. Orders placed after 10 AM PST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Rumpl's Return Policy

Rumpl offers a straightforward return policy for its customers. To initiate a return for a refund, customers can click the ‘Returns’ button and provide their order number and contact information. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or in the form of store credit. Returns to the original payment method have a minimum $10 cost deducted from the refund, and returns for refunds over $500 will be charged 50% of the return shipping label cost. Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit are eligible for free returns. Unfortunately, the company cannot offer refunds to different payment methods at this time. Refunds are issued within 7 days of being received and processed by the warehouse, and the return process takes 7-14 days. Final sale items, items outside the 100 Night Trial Window, items not purchased through Rumpl.com, and international orders cannot be returned. If customers have multiple items from different orders to return, they must submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when sending the items back.
