Personalized items are made on-demand and are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD with delivery options of standard or express. Standard delivery costs £4.00 and takes 2 business days after dispatch, while express delivery costs from £7.00 and takes 1 business day after dispatch. Greetings cards can be dispatched the same day when ordered before 3:00pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, with delivery the next day in 95% of cases. Unpersonalized items are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days and are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. Standard delivery costs £4.00 and takes 2-3 business days, while next day delivery costs from £7.00 and takes 1 business day with a 4:00pm cut off, Monday to Saturday. Papier also ships internationally to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the USA. However, they do not currently deliver to the EU.

Papier offers a 30-day return policy for unpersonalised paper pieces and desk accessories. Returns are free and can be organised through their online portal.
