- The customer service representative on Instagram argued with a customer for almost an hour over returning the sheets and insisted that the GOTS being expired was an error on GOTS end.
- USPS could not deliver the returned sheets because the "business is closed," and Looma still kept the customer's money.
- The sheet quality is poor, the depth of the fitted sheet pocket is inadequate for larger mattresses, and the elastic band is laughable.
- The sheets are see-through when held up and the sateen shine turns into horrible scratchy roughness on the maiden wash.
- Looma does not accept returns for dissatisfaction, only for manufacturing defects.
