Italic currently only ships domestically within the US, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Once an order is placed, customers can expect to receive their package within 5-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Customers can track their packages on the company’s website by entering their order number and email address. There are no shipping prices, shipping costs, or shipping deals for purchases over a certain price.

Italic's Return Policy

Italic offers a 30-day return policy for items that have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. To make a return, customers should go to the Return Portal and enter their order number and shipping zip code. They will then be sent a prepaid shipping label to attach to the outside of the return package. Refunds will be issued to the original method or can become store credit. Returns should be processed within a few days of receipt. Items that cannot be returned include those that have been stained, worn, washed, or altered.
